1) Do I have to sign up for a long-term contract?

• Absolutely not. Our rental agreement is month-to-month.

2) What is the age group of your residents?

• We cater to ages 55 and up.

3) Is this a CO-ED facility?

• No, we have 2 separate facilities. One for males and another for females.

4) Is there a security deposit?

• Yes, our deposit is 1/2 of the rent and is fully refundable when moving out provided that we are given 30 days notice and no physical damage done to the property.
